Job description:
Responsibilities: - Produce and prepare technical drawings (detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings, as‑built drawings) as per contract specifications.
- Coordinate, review and verify drawings, including owner & subcontractor drawings, to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
- Update and comply with the code of practice on electrical and mechanical as required.
- Attend meetings with the project team, clients, and subcontractors regarding project‑related matters.
Requirements: - Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 3 years relevant hands‑on experience in M&E projects for semiconductor industry, working for a subcontracting firm or main contractor.
