Drilling Fluids Plant Operator

Job Summary

The MI Fluids Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. They identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work (SW), manage risk, and maintain high quality control (QC) standards. The role includes training other operators and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, industry standards, and HSE policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program design.
• Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loading.
• Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading.
• Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics Team.
