As a Driver, you’ll organise and facilitate a daily transport schedule that meets the needs of residents within the village, providing scheduled and on-demand trips such as shopping trips, places of interest and medical appointments. Upon starting, you can expect a comprehensive induction to ease you into your new role, followed by continuous training and development opportunities, including apprenticeships. Additionally, you'll have access to our online portal, which offers a range of resources for personal development, as well as complimentary access to LinkedIn's online learning platform.
