Elicit and provide relevant qualification information from/to potential drivers including, but not limited to: driving record, tractor trailer experience, criminal background, company & DOT policies & procedures, duties and responsibilities and all benefITS in order to extend a pre-approval on the first conversation with qualified candidates.
Utilize authority granted, in order to make sound decisions on pre-approval, pass or rejection of all applications, submitted in writing, faxed, telephone or Internet.
Operate all necessary computer programs to include AS400, windows, imaging and faxes in order to complete work and application of new and former drivers to ensure compliance with Federal DOT regulations and company hiring guidelines.
