As a Drug and Alcohol Keyworker, you will play a vital role in delivering frontline support to individuals affected by substance misuse, helping them access the services and guidance they need to achieve positive outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the duty desk, acting as a key point of contact for service users and partner agencies. Duties will include responding to telephone enquiries, providing advice and guidance on drug and alcohol-related issues, signposting individuals to appropriate services, supporting walk-in enquiries, and handling a variety of general queries.
