Responsible for the overall planning and management of drywall self-perform estimating activities, including preparing, analyzing, and presenting detailed cost estimates for framing, hanging, taping, and finishing scopes on commercial construction projects.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Perform all standard Estimator responsibilities with a focus on Drywall, metal framing, insulation and acoustical ceilings.

Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to fully understand the self-perform drywall scope.

Prepare detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs, labor productivity analysis, and material pricing for drywall-related scopes.

Evaluate and coordinated subcontractor and supplier quotes for materials such as drywall, framing and finishes.

Determine labor rates, crew compositions, and equipment costs for self-perform field teams.
