The labourer cleans and refurbishes containers and modular units, performs minor renovations and repairs, and completes basic painting tasks in an outdoor yard environment. This role involves hands-on work with tools, physical labor, and attention to detail to ensure units are safe, clean, and ready for use.

**Responsibilities**

+ Drywall modular units
+ Perform minor renovations on units, including basic repairs and improvements as needed.
+ Carry out minor fixes on units to address wear, damage, or functional issues.
+ Complete minor painting tasks to maintain a clean and professional appearance of units.
+ Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform daily tasks.
+ Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties.
