Position Summary

The Payroll Automation Sr. Analyst is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of automation solutions that support payroll operations, compliance, and reporting. This role partners payroll, HR, finance, and IT to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and implement scalable automation solutions across platforms such as Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI. The position plays a key role in improving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across end‑to‑end payroll processes.
