5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS work or experience working with Dental DSOs is highly preferred)
Deep experience closing deals (mid-market clients, and multi-level selling are a big plus)
Commitment to continuous improvement and desire to learn new sales concepts via rigorous trainings
Experience breaking new ground as a seller by selling a novel product, into a new segment, or selling the largest or most complex deal in company history
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
Highly skilled and organized in Salesforce or related CRM
Overall track record of professional success
Codified sales approach involving multi-threading, executive champion building, and business case modeling
Experience in MEDDIC is a plus
