The Customer Insights & Personalisation team translates complex customer data into strategies that enhance personalization, loyalty programs, and commercial outcomes across digital and operational touchpoints.
As a Specialist β Customer Insights & Personalisation at flydubai, you will analyze customer behavior across channels to uncover insights that improve journeys and identify growth opportunities. You will design predictive models for churn, next-best-offer, and customer lifetime value while building A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate new experiences. Additionally, you will partner with CRM, digital and data engineering teams to activate personalized campaigns and ensure robust data pipelines that support experimentation and compliance.
