Position Overview

            Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and schematics to create precise ductwork designs that meet project specifications. 
Utilize advanced fabrication tools and machinery to cut shape and assemble duct components with high accuracy. 
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure compliance with industry standards. 
Collaborate with HVAC engineers and installers to resolve design challenges and enhance system efficiency. 
Qualifications High school diploma or GED, with technical training in HVAC systems or metal fabrication preferred. 
Minimum of 3 years of experience in duct fabrication or a related field, showcasing a strong work history. 
Certification in HVAC or sheet metal work is highly regarded and may enhance hiring potential. 
Hands‑on skills in using fabrication tools like shears, brakes, and plasma cutters are essential for this role.
