The Job
You will:
Ensure periodical inspection is conducted around the Clubhouse to identify problems and take necessary follow-up actions. Supervise a team of Technicians and perform skilled facility maintenance and repair work for the refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical systems and finishing such as walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, plant & equipment, metalwork, woodwork, masonry of the Clubhouse; ensure on-time delivery that meet established standards; Monitor work progress and performance, make corrections of any deficiencies as necessary.
