Position Overview
We like to lead from the front. So, we’re looking for a Duty Manager who sets their own high standards across everything from cleanliness to productivity. You’ll champion our ‘one team’ approach to make sure you and your team deal effectively and efficiently with all guest complaints, queries and suggestions.
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As the Duty Manager you’ll deliver this by assisting in overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, based in Front Office. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location You will be confident and empowered as the first responder in a crisis.
