This is a great opportunity for qualified, friendly and skilled Aquatic Duty Manager to join and lead our aquatics team! 

The Role

The Aquatic Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety, evacuation and operation of the entire centre in the absence of the Centre Manager and to direct day to day activities of the café, aquatics, health club, sports programmes, private hires, events and customer service staff.  This role will include Lifeguarding on pool deck during the shift.

You are reliable and understand the required hours are weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods between November 2026 - March 2027.
