Responsibilities

• Complete welcoming and accurate check‑in/check‑out experiences.
• Monitor the sale & supply of alcohol.
• Ensure that guest requests/complaints are dealt with in a timely manner by coordinating with other departments (hotel maintenance issues, pass‑on requests for Food & Beverage, or Housekeeping amenities).
• Work to improve hotel service based on guest reviews and take pride in your workplace.
