Important: This role is for qualified Duty Managers only. You must hold a current NZ Manager’s Certificate to apply. If you don’t have one yet, this role won’t be the right fit.

We're looking for seasoned hospitality leaders to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will support the Outlet Manager with the day-to-day operations at designated outlets for the 2026 Winter Season. We're looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of Sale of Liquor laws and the ability to communicate and enforce these regulations with staff and guests. You'll need proficiency in cash handling, strong numeracy skills, and experience with Point-of-Sale systems and Eftpos machines.

As part of our busy mountain environment, you may need to lend a helping hand in other areas to ensure the best experience for our guests.
