About the Hotel

Crowne Plaza Queenstown is located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in the heart of New Zealand's South Island. Our 4.5 star hotel is looking for a Duty Manager to join our friendly and professional team.

Day‑to‑Day

• Provide guests with information on our hotel and local information or arranging transportation, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Complete welcoming and accurate check‑in/check‑out experiences.
• Monitor the sale & supply of alcohol.
• Ensure guest requests/complaints are dealt with in a timely manner by coordinating with other departments.
• Improve hotel service based on guest reviews and take pride in your workplace.
• Provide excellent leadership to team members, including training, rostering, coaching, and recruitment under guidance of the Front Office Manager.
• Oversee, make and manage hotel bookings and reservations.
