Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Duty Manager coordinates and oversees the day‑to‑day running of the Front Office Department. You'll be the face of Sherwood during your shift, empowered to resolve guest requests and issues, lead the team through any situation that arises, and help maintain the exceptional standard of service Sherwood is known for.
