1 To do an assessment and to initiate immediate treatment 2 To take and note down the history of patients 3 To monitor the vitals of inpatients, inform the vitals parameters, and diagnostic investigation to the concern senior doctor. 4 Entry in details of each & every patient 5 Informing consultants about patients admission, abnormal reports & progress 6 To ensure that the orders are well carried out by Paramedical staff 7 To treat non-complicated OPD patients 8 To carry out all orders of the consultants efficiently without any delay 9 To implement emergency management at his / her discretion. 10 To complete all documentation 11 To attend Code Blue 12 To complete and maintain electronic medical records of inpatients.

13 Need to work in Rotational shifts 14 Duty Hours-9 hours, Night Shift-12 hours
