Job Purpose

Responsible for leading admissions function of GIIS by delivering an exceptional experience to prospective parents and students, achieving enrolment and revenue targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise recruitment strategies. The role drives student enrolment growth through strategic admissions planning, Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, CRM optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and the development of strategic partnerships to enhance the school's market presence and admissions outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales goals for the campus, forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly student enrolment goals along with the Admissions Team.
• Develop admissions strategies through information analysis and recommendations, establish functional objectives in line with organisational objectives.
