Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET.
- Build and customize web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, and Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Follow best practices for solution design, security, and performance optimization. Required Skills :
