Work Mode: 5 Days WFO (24*7 rotational shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
Dynatrace administration, configuration & performance tuning
APM monitoring across Java/. NET/PHP environments
Incident, problem & change management (ITIL-based)
Dashboard setup, health analysis & proactive monitoring
Collaboration with Infra teams (UNIX/Windows/Network)
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in Dynatrace administration & APM tools
Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes
Exposure to large-scale environments & critical SLA management
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
