About the role

Ivanhoe Cycles is seeking an experienced E-Bike Specialist/Mechanic (Automotive Electrician) to join our team in Heidelberg Heights VIC 3081. This full-time role will involve servicing and repairing electric bicycles, as well as providing expertise and excellent customer service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Diagnose and repair a wide range of electric bicycles, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
2. Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance on e-bikes, including adjusting brakes, gears, and suspension
3. Ensure the workshop is well-organised and maintained to a high standard
4. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest e-bike technologies and repair techniques
