POSITION SUMMARY

The E‑Commerce Merchandiser at Nespresso UAE will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital boutiques (website and app) to deliver strong sales growth and best‑in‑class customer experiences. This includes executing product launches, campaigns and promotions; overseeing stock management; managing BAU tickets with the development agency; and ensuring effective onsite SEO and merchandising.

The role also supports the B2B website project and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Supply Chain, Trade Finance and CRC) to ensure smooth operations and timely campaign delivery. Additionally the E‑Commerce Merchandiser will design engaging customer journeys, leverage CRM insights and analytics for A/B testing and continuously improve acquisition conversion and satisfaction across all online touchpoints.
