About The Role

We're looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven E-Com Growth Lead to own and scale our Shopify store. This is a full ownership role — you'll be responsible for revenue performance, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and the overall online experience. You'll lead our E-Com Operations Team and work closely with marketing, buying, and logistics to make our online channel a serious growth driver for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and performance of our Shopify store — traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue
• Develop and execute the e-commerce growth strategy across paid media, SEO, email, and on-site CRO
• Manage and mentor the E-Com Operations Team, setting priorities and reviewing their output
• Work with the Digital Marketing team on paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok — briefing, optimising, and reporting
