Position Overview

            E-Commerce Fulfillment  Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail 
Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring high standards of packaging and presentation 
Generate invoices and coordinate courier collection and deliveries 
 Product Listings & Inventory Management  Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms 
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory 
Maintain proper organisation and accurate inventory records 
 Administrative & Customer Support  Assist with inventory checks, stock counts, and reconciliation exercises 
Provide general administrative support for online operations and customer service functions 
Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms, including website chat, e-commerce portals, WhatsApp, and social media channels
