We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, NTUC Online , and other online marketplaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, providing excellent customer service, coordinating warehouse fulfilment, and arranging timely deliveries to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
