We are looking for a dynamic individual to support and drive our company’s e-commerce business for multi-brands across different marketplace platforms and online buyers.
Key Responsibilities - Responsible for the overall e-commerce sales on Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon and Odoo.
- Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including uploading and monitoring product information on the platforms.
- Ensure timely execution of order process management.
- Update stock count, monitor shipment & delivery of orders, assure on-time deliveries and update systems accordingly.
- Provide customer service to support the sales growth.
- Attend queries, resolve any concerns on their orders with minimum TAT, maintain accurate and timely records of correspondences or discussions with customers.
