Job Description
This role is individually accountable for signing up policies and assisting a variety of clients through telephonic and social media channels, in accordance with business, process and compliance rules.
Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct social media and telephonic sales with customers.Meet daily production standards and uphold service quality benchmarks.Adhere strictly to business, process, and compliance guidelines.Foster and maintain relationships with internal departments, intermediaries, and sales advisors.Manage and nurture customer relationships via social media and telephone communications.Conduct quality checks on own work and maintain service excellence standards.Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve organizational objectives.
