The Ecommerce Officer is a cross-functional position responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring our client’s ecommerce online platforms. The successful candidate will build and lead a team of ecommerce professionals to develop and execute ecommerce solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive sales on the client’s online platforms
- Develop and implement ecommerce and marketing strategies for the brand
- Collaborate with internal ecommerce teams to optimize online platforms and monitor sales performance and store metrics
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor KPIs and team performance
- Coordinate with clients, online platforms, and stakeholders
- Conduct alignment meetings and monitor live schedules
- Prepare weekly sales reports and conduct monthly reviews
