About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small but fast-growing premium food gifting business based in Leeds. With ambitious expansion plans across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, the US market and Europe, we're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Project & Operations Executive to take ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations and help drive continued growth.

Working closely with the Founder, you'll ensure smooth operations across multiple sales channels, manage a network of freelance creatives, and play a key role in maintaining account health, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
