Position Overview

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience in the UAE
Strong experience in the FMCG industry
Proven experience managing the complete e-commerce process, from opening and managing online accounts to successfully closing orders
Experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, and other relevant platforms
Experience in account onboarding, product listing, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, order processing, fulfilment, and delivery
Ability to manage the complete order cycle from order placement to delivery and closure
Experience monitoring sales, stock levels, returns, customer complaints, and platform performance
Strong knowledge of e-commerce sales, digital marketing, marketplace operation...
