The E-Commerce Supervisor supervises and improves the digital presence of BENCH/ and Secret Fresh in the online ecosystem. This role involves creating consumer-facing content strategies, managing website product selection to protect brand integrity, and performing high-level analysis to generate actionable reporting. The Supervisor serves as the strategic and operational lead for the assigned brands across all digital storefronts.

Job Role

• Platform Management: Responsible for all brand official store-related matters on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
