Early Career Program: Field Engineering

Our Early Career Program for Field Engineers is a 36‑month program that provides recent graduates with hands‑on experience helping clients locate and produce energy efficiently. Program graduates leave with a strong foundation to make innovative contributions and grow within the organization.

As a Field Engineer, you will be the key interface between our on‑site teams and the client. You will work technically and professionally, leading crews to ensure that equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly and that jobsite services exceed customer expectations.
