Our client is seeking a Lead Educator (Child Care Worker) to join their team located in Gin Gin, Queensland.

The Lead Educator (Child Care Worker) will be responsible for managing the assigned room's day-to-day operation, including providing leadership and support to educators and staff within your team in line with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

In collaboration with the Educational Leader, assist with developing, implementing and reflecting on the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families.
