POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides comprehensive, accessible, home-based and center-based health services to families enrolled in Akin’s Head Start and ECEAP programs. Provides services that promote the enrolled children’s physical, emotional, and social development and promote family health practices that enhance lifelong well-being and prevent illness and injury.
