About the Role

As the Earner Quality and Products Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring platform reliability and delivering an exceptional experience for our Delivery customers and earners. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing strategies to enhance earner quality, helping the marketplace perform at its best.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams— including Central and Territory Operations, Product, Legal, and Support — to identify trends, launch improvement initiatives, and track results using key Quality KPIs (such as Completion, Defects, and Fulfillment). Your leadership will be essential in driving operational excellence and creating a seamless user experience across the platform.
