About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Earthworks Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil engineering and earthworks who takes pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, leading site teams, and ensuring work is completed on time with the highest consideration for Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise all earthworks activities on site.

* Lead and coordinate site operatives, plant operators, and subcontractors.

* Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures and current legislation.
