Seeking an experienced manager for our Southfield Men's Inpatient Center For Recovery
Full Time, M-F 8am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily operations at our Southfield Location

+ Develops specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which support the strategic plan and vision.

+ Assesses quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services.

+ Oversees performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.

+ Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.

+ Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
