As an Operations Analyst within the FundSettle Transfers Team, you will serve as a key intermediary between Euroclear’s FundSettle platform and external Transfer Agents (TAs). Your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate settlement of fund transfers, uphold high service standards, and mitigate operational risk.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, validate, and release transfer instructions via FundSettle. Monitor pending and rejected transfers, ensuring prompt resolution and settlement. Liaise with Transfer Agents, Fund Management Companies, and internal stakeholders (. Client Services, Product Analysts) to resolve queries and expedite settlements. Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of transfer documentation to Transfer Agents.
