Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing customers via chat, email, or phone Promote and upsell eBooks and related digital products Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings Handle objections and close sales effectively Maintain a strong follow-up process to maximize conversions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Record customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
