Collaborate with site leadership and the Plant Manager to define and maintain a clear EBS roadmap that supports Policy Deployment (PD), CVD, and KPI targets.
Ensure Alignment with EBSO Strategy.
Coordinate with the Envista Business System Office (EBSO) to ensure local EBS efforts, training, and reporting align with corporate standards and priorities.
Lead the EBS Function Across Two Plants.
