JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with customers and obtain the technical information such as the BOM, gerber file, CRD file, AVL, etc.
• Perform BOM comparison and draft an ECN cover note after receipt of a customer ECN.
• Provide training for new ECN coordinators and monitor their performance.
• Compare the AVL change from the customer and draft ECN for system AVL update.
• Host ECN meetings inside the workcell and coordinate the ECN activities among other department staff.
• Verify customer documents are attached to the ECN and logged on to DCC; verify that ECN assembly revisions match the revision to the BOM.
• Initiate a detailed ECN change form (e.g., adds, deletes, changes), monitor the running change ECN implementation status within the workcell.
• Initiate FIA report and coordinate FIA activities inside the workcell if necessary.
