Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure telecom products in Ericsson ECM Catalog.


• Develop and maintain Product Catalog using ConceptWave Velocity Studio.


• Configure SID-based product models and catalog publishing.


• Work on EOC business processes workflows orchestration and interface calls.


• Implement catalog-driven orchestration framework.


• Handle MDRs business rules and information models.


• Integrate external systems using REST SOAP MQ services.


• Develop XML XSD JSON-based integrations and JavaScript components.


• Perform defect fixing production support and troubleshooting.


• Participate in E2E telecom order management solution delivery.


• Support upgrades migrations across EOC ECM versions R16 R19 R20 R22.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OM ON CRM Billing and Provisioning.
