**eCOA Testing Team Manager**

The Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage the development of the **Clinical Outcome Technology** (COT) Testing team. This involves oversight of the team’s testing portfolio including resource allocation, process needs assessment and development, and expanding scope of services and client base. The Manager, PCS may also be involved in performing ad hoc test lead and testing activity as required.
