The primary focus of this role is to provide ecological technical support and advice to our clients as an Ecologist within the Queensland ecology team. Time will be shared across field and office work, during which the ecologist will work independently on defined tasks and collaboratively with others to complete ecological assessments in accordance with Government and scientific guidelines. Office-based tasks will include report writing, data processing and analysis, GIS mapping, team meetings and client meetings.

Based on current and expected future projects, the role will support the design and delivery of major road, rail, water and energy projects predominantly in Queensland.
