We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Operations Executive to support our growing Trading Card Game (TCG) business. This role blends sales, community engagement, and operational support, making it ideal for someone passionate about TCGs and eager to drive both business growth and customer satisfaction.
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success: Sales & Business Development - Support ecommerce program by helping to build out and manage Shopify store.
- Drive pre-order sales for TCG.
- Identify and engage new customers through Telegram, Discord, Facebook groups, and other community channels.
- Build long-term relationships with collectors, players, retailers, and community leaders.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Community Engagement - Participate actively in local TCG communities. <...
