We’re seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join our ECommerce Merchandise Planning team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and executing merchandising strategies, while supporting the end-to-end operational workflow for CK.com across multiple markets.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Local Market teams, to uphold consistently high service standards.

• Oversee daily ECommerce operations to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and delivery across all markets.
• Manage product listings, including uploads, descriptions, and inventory accuracy on the website.
• Coordinate with 3PL, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and order dispatch.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, escalating technical issues to IT teams when necessary.
