About the Role

This role is responsible for taking approved fashion products and coordinating everything required to move them from product selection to a live Meta advertising test. You will manage several work-streams at the same time, including supplier quoting, product videos, product imagery, Shopify product-page builds, quality assurance, and media buyer handoff. This is not a general virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who has real e-commerce operations experience, can keep multiple product launches moving at once, and can make good decisions without needing constant direction.
