About the Role

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will own MediCard's online retail channels, including the company website and digital marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and Maria Health. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end marketplace operations, improving website conversion, executing promotional campaigns, and driving online sales performance for retail HMO products.

Work Location: AIA Tower, Makati, Philippines

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Shopee, Lazada, and Maria Health stores.
• Maintain product catalogs, listings, pricing, vouchers, inventory availability, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and improve seller performance metrics, ratings, response rates, and policy compliance.
